At Mobilaive Event, we understand that plans can change unexpectedly. We have therefore created a flexible cancellation and refund policy to accommodate such situations. Please read this policy carefully before making any bookings with us.
Hotel Booking Cancellation and Refund Policy:
- If you cancel your hotel booking 30 days or more before the event, you will receive a full refund.
- If you cancel your hotel booking 15 to 29 days before the event, you will receive a 50% refund.
- If you cancel your hotel booking less than 15 days before the event, no refund will be issued.
Event Space Booking Cancellation and Refund Policy:
- If you cancel your event space booking 60 days or more before the event, you will receive a full refund.
- If you cancel your event space booking 30 to 59 days before the event, you will receive a 50% refund.
- If you cancel your event space booking less than 30 days before the event, no refund will be issued.
Event Visitor Entry Fees Cancellation and Refund Policy:
- If you cancel your event visitor entry fee 15 days or more before the event, you will receive a full refund.
- If you cancel your event visitor entry fee less than 15 days before the event, no refund will be issued.
Refund Process:
- To cancel your booking and request a refund, please contact us at support@mobialive.com.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used to make the booking.

Mobilaive Event reserves the right to modify or update this cancellation and refund policy at any time without prior notice.
