Booth Charges (as per Area & Category)

Booth pricing at Mobialive Expo 5.0 is determined according to booth area, category, and location within the exhibition hall. The rates are as follows:

Note: Rates are calculated based on booth area and position. Corner, front-row, or central booths may attract premium charges depending on visibility and visitor flow.

Booking Amount & Payment Schedule

• Initial Booking Amount: ₹25,000 (non-refundable) at the time of stall confirmation.

• Balance Payment: Remaining booth amount must be paid within 30 days from the date of booking confirmation.

• Booths will be allotted strictly on a first-come, first-served basis after receipt of booking amount.

• Booth booking will be considered provisional until the full payment is received.

• Any delay beyond 30 days may result in automatic cancellation and reallocation to another exhibitor without prior notice.

Payment Method

• Payment can be made via bank transfer, cheque, or UPI in favour of Mobialive Expo Organising Committee.

• Once payment is received, an official confirmation mail, tax invoice, and booth number will be issued.

• GST invoice will be provided after full payment clearance.

Mobialive Expo 5.0 — Booth Layout & Design Overview

Venue:

Bharat Mandapam (Pragati Maidan, New Delhi)

Hall Structure:

• The layout is a circular exhibition hall with a large central zone for booths and outer semi-circular areas for visitor seating and main stage activities.

• Main entry gates are on the left and bottom sides, ensuring smooth visitor flow.

• Sponsor booths and title partner zones are positioned at the top section for maximum visibility.

Booth Distribution by Color:

• Blue Booths (₹13,000 + tax)

  • Standard booth size: 9 sqm

  • Designed for startups, new brands, or small distributors.

  • Positioned in the central area for high visitor engagement.

• Cyan (Light Blue) Booths (₹14,000 + tax)

  • Sizes: 9 sqm, 12 sqm, 18 sqm

  • Located near the entry and central lanes for moderate visibility.

  • Ideal for mid-level brands and product showcases.

• Orange Booths (₹15,000 + tax)

  • Premium category booths (12–42 sqm)

  • Located on corner zones and near main walkways for maximum footfall visibility.

  • Suitable for leading brands, machinery, and demo zones.

Highlighted Areas:

• Center Stage (Red Zone):

  • For workshops, competitions, and live demonstrations.

  • Surrounded by seating for attendees.

• Sponsor Zone (Top Area):

  • Allocated for HIKKO A.S.K Power and other major sponsors.

  • Positioned for visibility from both visitor entrances.

• Entry & Exit Gates:

  • Marked on the left and lower side for smooth crowd flow.

  • Equipped with visitor registration counters and security checks.

• Workshop/Competition Section:

  • Left side designated for live technical sessions and repair skill contests.

Booth Sizes & Pricing Summary:

(All prices are exclusive of GST and include basic booth setup: table, chairs, light, fascia name, and 1 power socket.)

Passage Design:

• 3-meter-wide aisles throughout the layout for smooth visitor movement.

• Corner booths have dual open sides for better exposure.

• Each row is designed to ensure clear line-of-sight visibility from every entry point.

  Security access will require ID verification and exhibitor badge.

  🌙 4th April 2026 — 24-Hour Technical Access & Pre-Expo Rehearsal

  • Time: 24-hour open access for exhibitors

  • Activities:

    • Full booth decoration & product placement

    • Trial runs for demo areas and workshop stage

    • Media coverage & sponsor zone setup

    • Pre-event coordination with Mobialive management team

  🎯 Goal: Ensure every exhibitor is fully ready before public opening on 5th April.
  Catering and support services will be active inside the hall during setup.

  🚀 5th–6th April 2026 — Main Expo Days (Visitor Entry)

  • Official Public Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (IST)

  • Entry by QR-based registration pass only.

  • Areas open: Exhibition booths, workshop zone, product launch stage, and networking area.

  Expected Footfall: 10,000+ technicians, mobile business owners, and industry visitors from 20+ countries.
  Event Highlights: Live repair competitions, training workshops, product launches, and international B2B networking.
