- Visitor Passes / Registrations
Payments are non-refundable once confirmed.
In case of event postponement, your registration remains valid for the rescheduled date.
If the event is cancelled by organisers, a 100% refund will be issued within 7–10 working days.
- Exhibitor Stall Bookings
Stall bookings are non-transferable and non-refundable after confirmation.
Management reserves the right to reassign stall locations for operational needs.
In case of force majeure (natural calamities, lockdowns, etc.), credits may be issued for future editions.
- Workshop / Competition Entries
Cancellations 15 days before the event may receive 50% refund after deductions.
No refunds will be processed within 15 days of the event.
